A confirmation page will be prompted once your payment has been confirmed or the faster way if you know the exactly amount that you have to pay. Put your payment via www.paypal.me/honeydewflorist

We have a delivery fee based on distance, delivery charge is subject to delivery location. Please contact us for exact details or you can check the estimated fee from our on-line purchasing order page.

  • order between 9:00 am - 3:30 pm (local time) can be delivered within the same day.
  • order between 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm (local time) can be delivered on the next day before noon.
  • order after 5.30 pm. can be delivered on the next day afternoon.

Our delivery team can only wait 15 minutes at your location. Please be prepared to receive the goods, as it could delay other customer deliveries.

We know you are busy, so if you are not available to receive the goods, we can leave them with a designated person/location. We will inform you when they are delivered.

For peak season e.g. Valentine’s day. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time due to high demand. You will be given the optional of choosing between morning, afternoon delivery. (Morning is between 9.00 am - 12.00 pm and afternoon is between 1.30 pm - 5.30 pm)

Sometimes that we may not have some items listed in the product description in stock, and substitutions of items of equal or better value will be necessary to ensure an on-time delivery. We have the right to process without any prior notice

  • On a day with many orders. Therefore, customer are requested to choose 2 delivery times as follows:  Morning ( 8.00-12.00) and Afternoon (13.00-17.30)
  • When the delivery arrives, messenger will be able to wait for the recipient for no more than 15 minutes. This will cause a delay for the next order.
  • If in the case that the recipient is unable to pick up in person under any condition. The messenger can leave with the person who can forward it on his behalf. The shop will have a name or contact number of recipient instead for checking later.

Honeydew Florist would like to inform you the refund policy in order to be an agreement and to be understanding about using the website as following.
The store will refund the purchasing price to the customer. In case that the shop is unable to deliver product as ordered by customer in the following case:
Customer order products via website out of the service and delivery time. (Delivery time is from 9.00 - 19.00)
Customer order products via website out of the delivery service area. (The shop has delivery service in Bangkok and surrounding, where customer can check the delivery area on the order page.)

Refund period, detail as follow:

In case that the customer pay full amount through credit card of commercial bank registered in Thailand via PayPal, the shop will refund back to your PayPal account. It takes approximately 7 working days.
In case that customer paying full amount via Internet Banking, Bank Transfer, or counter service. The refund will be returned to account number that the customer notified within 7 working days.

The store will not process the delivery and must be refund only due to the following cases:

• In case that product is out of stock (for example the product is out of Stock and the shop cannot find a replacement in the same or more value in time to delivery.)
• In case of force majeure (System Error) that may occur.
